Co-Pastor Yolanda G. Butler is an itinerant Minister of Exhortation, Evangelist, Author, Prayer Warrior, Administrator and Certified Speak Life Determined Coach and Mentor.
A native of Southern California, she served in the corporate industry as an experienced paralegal/legal assistant, professional secretary and administrator for prestigious law firms in Pasadena, California for 24 years before retiring into full-time ministry with her husband, Bishop Donald H. Butler.
Co-Pastor Butler has served in the ministry since 1981. She received her Evangelist Missionary license in 1998 under First Jurisdiction Southern California Church of God In Christ under Presiding Bishop Charles E. Blake and State Supervisor Dr. Barbara McCoo-Lewis. She received her Bachelor of Theology from International Seminary in June 2002 and was licensed as an Ordained Minister and Director of Women in October 2009 under Kingdom Covenant Ministries under Bishop Donald H. Butler. She was installed as Co-Pastor of Praise Center Community Church in October 2009.
She is the founder of First Lady Butler Ministries where her mission is to "Speak Life One Heart At A Time." Co-Pastor Butler developed Determined Coaching, a private mentorship program uniquely designed for First Ladies, Women In Ministry and Lay Leaders. She also serves as the Regional Representative for God's Leading Ladies Ministry, North Texas Region, an empowerment ministry for First Ladies. She has served as the Supervisor and Adjunct Professor of International Seminary-DFW Satellite Campus.
Co-Pastor Butler has published multiple books, including "The Heart of the First Lady," and music and prayer CDs. She combines her passion for music and deliverance ministry to help others discover their purpose in life.
She is the devoted wife of Bishop Donald H. Butler, Senior Pastor of Praise Center Community Church, Fort Worth, Texas. They have two children, a son-in-love and daughter-in-love, who all faithfully serve in the ministry together. They have six grandchildren who they absolutely adore and are the spiritual parents of chosen sons and daughters in the Gospel.
